  • Minimum merchandise total: $30.00
  • Payment is due within 30 days of shipment for non-credit card purchases.
  • Returns must be authorized. If return is due to our error, we will arrange a UPS pickup and credit the return to your account. If return is due to your error, we will accept the return and issue credit for 85% of original cost, less shipping charges.
  • Custom-made indexes and stock items punched to your specifications are non-returnable.
  • Indexes can be punched for 1¢ per sheet.
